It has been around 25 years since I last ate at Big Ed's. The atmosphere in this place hasn't changed one bit since the 90s. On to the pizza review, my daughter got hamburger and cheese. My mom got pepperoni and mushrooms with olives. I just got the small pepperoni. Great flop on the pizza, crust was good for the most part however the sauce was kinda bland.

I was in town on business and everybody said I had to try Big Ed's pizza. I definitely was not disappointed. It was a very busy place but you could tell immediately that the food was going to be amazing. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. If you're in this area I would definitely recommend it.
Great break from Blankenship Field. Most of our team walked down between games for a quick bite after seeing some ppl with pizzas they got to go. The restrooms look like buffalo bills basement. However the workers worked hard to please a full house. The pizza was delicious!!! Sweet tea was great to our southern taste buds.
This place is of Oak Ridge legends! It's exactly what you'd expect from a local pizza place. The pizza was delicious! The staff is attentive and friendly. The atmosphere on a Friday, early... like 3:30 or 4pm was not busy. But it 100% does get very busy!! The prices are reasonable. I will definitely come back again and again. That said, the restrooms are not what you want but what you deal with. This could surely be a lot better. I cannot speak to the food allergy people on this visit because they weren't with me and I ate allll the cheese unashamedly! Next time I will check and update. Get a t-shirt because... It's Big Ed's.
The pizza was great with a crispy thin crust in the Italian style. The service seemed to suffer because it seemed to be only highschoolers running the place and there was only beer. No wine or even cider. Dragged to whole experience down.

Good pizza! Our family enjoyed it but for the price it was underwhelming. The crust was bland and I wish it had some garlic salt or butter or something. Maybe dipping sauce would have fixed that for us. I did enjoy the veggie pizza with pepperoni added. Honestly though, Dominos hits the spot for a fraction of the price.
Went here after the owner handed my boyfriend a gift card to come try it out. We LOVED it. The crispy crust was PHENOMENAL & the prices were good! Definitely coming back with the kids; a large pizza could definitely feed a family of 4 with no problems!
